Our Vision, Our Heart

Here’s an idea of what we at Autism Power are currently working to create:

Gain access to employment opportunities through social enterprise for members of our community, both on-site and off-site.
Autism Power employs the Ziggurat Model to understand the needs of people with ASD and help them achieve a happy and enriching life. We believe most resources for people on the autism spectrum currently stop at a very basic level, and we want to bring these beautiful souls forward. Our physical community will provide a 360° engaged  experience.
While living in the community, people on the autism spectrum can find a place where they can safely socialize with their friends, family and the community, while ensuring they get the support they need.
Our programs utilize science and technology to provide cutting edge therapy and exercise for its participants. Augmented Reality is used to encourage creative thinking and support for folks with ASD. Autism Power will not only be a space where these new and engaging practices will be available to the community, but it will also be a space where new research can be done to further enhance the therapeutic benefits of technology.

"I'm looking for a world where love will no longer be extraordinary."

Meet Tony Iacampo

Anthony (Tony) Iacampo is Carmen’s Dad. For the past 24 years, he has watched his daughter grow into the loving and inspirational woman she is today. Like many fathers, Tony wants to help Carmen explore life, find meaningful work, have fun, and seek purpose as an adult. He has first hand experience with some of the unique challenges faced by a young adult on the spectrum.

Tony set out to do something about it. He’s on a mission to create a community that can help Carmen, and others on the spectrum, access a pathway to a fulfilling life while getting the expert attention they need.

“For more than five years, I have worked to bring Autism Power to life in support of my own daughter, Carmen. Now it’s happening first as a community coming together to help other families and beautiful souls with autism find a home, meaningful connection, love and we believe, purpose.”
