What We Do:

We identify transition age individuals through schools & case managers. We then incorporate their wants and needs into employment opportunities utilizing the Ziggurat Model. From there, we teach job skills using hands-on experiences for 3 months with a specialized trainer. Once the initial 3 month training period is completed, we continue to cultivate job skills and professional development .

We recognize that everyone on the spectrum will have different needs and we will adapt our program to best fit the needs that we see. Beyond that, we are going to use this opportunity to test new methods of assistance including Augmented Reality!
